Two Night Minimums are required for stays between Thursday and Sunday.
Guests Self Check-In at their reserved cabin. Regular Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM. Regular Check-out time is at 11am.
A 1:00 PM Early Check-In or 3:00 PM Late Check-Out may be available for an additional fee of $25 each. You must request this prior to the day of arrival to arrange this.

Cancellation Policy
Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during peak times and special events.
The cancellation fee is $75 per cabin.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days will receive no refunds. If you have to cancel or change your reservation within 14 days of the reserved date for any reason, you are responsible for the full reservation amount. If we are able to re-book the cabin, you will be refunded less $75 cancellation fee.
In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or uncontrollable event, we will be offering a voucher rather than a refund.
Antique Festival Dates
All reservations during Round Top Antique Festival related events are non-refundable. Final payments will automatically be processed within 7 days of making the reservation using the card on file. Dates are subject to change, so please confirm this information with us.
Holiday reservations can only be cancelled 30 days or more from the day of check-in. Reservations must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of arrival. If reserved within 30 days of check-in during holidays, payments are non-refundable.
Group reservations of 3 or more cabins must be paid in full when booking and can only be cancelled 60 days or more from the reservation date. A cancellation fee of $75 per cabin will be deducted from refund if cancelled more than 60 days from the date of arrival.

Children Are Welcome
There is a charge of $30 per night for each additional guest, plus 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax. (Children age 1 and under stay free.)
Pets Are Welcome
There is a $40 One-Time Non-Refundable Fee for each Pet. We allow a maximum of two pets per cabin. Pets cannot exceed 30 lbs. and must be leashed when outside. As per our insurance the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd.

- Selection of DVD's
- Private Porches with Swings/Furniture
- Privacy
Buildings Do Not Have...
- Wi-Fi or internet. Most people either bring a wireless hotspot or get e-mail over their phones. AT&T and Verizon have the best reception.
- Cable (The Grand Spa, Retreat and Hidden Grove have Satellite TV)
